Terms of Service

Northeast Warriors provides mock tests, study material, exam-tracker information, and related tools for students preparing for competitive government/defence-recruitment exams. Some content is available free of charge; additional content requires an active paid membership.

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential — you're responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract under Indian law, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to purchase a membership.
• We may suspend or disable an account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or is used for abusive, fraudulent, or leaderboard-manipulating behavior.

• Membership plans, their price, and their duration are shown on our Premium page. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials.
• Your membership is activated only after your payment is confirmed as successful by Razorpay's own webhook notification to our servers — not merely because a checkout screen says "success". If a payment succeeds but your membership doesn't activate within a reasonable time, please contact support.
• Memberships grant time-limited access to premium content for the stated duration; they do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Because a membership grants immediate digital access to premium content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you believe you were charged in error, were charged more than once for the same order, or paid but never received access, contact us at [Support Email Address] within 7 days of the transaction and we will investigate and, where warranted, issue a refund via the original payment method.

You agree not to:

• Share your account, or premium test content, with anyone who does not hold a valid membership.
• Attempt to access another student's data, tamper with scoring, or otherwise interfere with the platform's normal operation.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute question content or explanations for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

All test questions, explanations, study material, and platform content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own exam preparation — not a right to copy, resell, or redistribute it.

We make reasonable efforts to keep exam dates, patterns, and content accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that any exam-tracker date, question, or test result is error-free or that using the platform will result in exam success. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Northeast Warriors and its owner(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid membership is limited to the amount you paid for that membership.

You may stop using the platform, or request account deletion, at any time by contacting [Support Email Address]. We may suspend or terminate your access for a violation of these Terms; where reasonably possible, we'll tell you why.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State].

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
